    I used to try to be a runner because I believed that skinny people ran. If I wanted to be skinny, then I needed to run! I would put my shoes on and do the thing. I HATED every second of it. I am not here to bash running, because if you like it, I say run with it! Ha Ha! In this workshop, we will break through some exercise myths, discuss what gets results, learn how to create a sustainable workout routine, and getting to a place where we find joy in movement. As a fitness professional, I came to the realization that people were coming to classes as a form of punishment, payment to earn food, showing up out of self hate and desperate desire for change.
