  • Who are you?!

    I am a wife and momma to 6 kiddos - inspiration to do my best.

    I am a worship leader at my church - growth happens outside of the comfort zone and I love to serve.

    I am a mentor - helping others reach their full potential. Leadership is a something i am very passionate about.

    I am a fitness instructor - leading people to the side of wellness where they find truth, grace, compassion, peace, and confidence through joyful movement.

    I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies - accomplishing goals and meeting requirements as a professional.

  • What do you do?!

    As a Wellness and Mindset Mentor, my goal is to help you identify the things that are holding you back, put them in their place, and guide you to where you want to be. We replace limiting beliefs with truths, work to find your tools, and learn to use them in a consistent, sustainable way. Whether we are connecting through workshops, group opportunities, or my signature one on one program, I want you to graduate feeling confident, independent, and good about yourself as you approach your next steps in life.

  • In what areas are you able to help?

    During our Q&A chat, we will learn a lot about each other to see how I can best help you, and if you feel like working together is a “Heck Yes!”. This being said, the areas I can help with are overall wellness and mindset related. These areas include, but are not limited to building confidence, relationship with food, exercise, body image, self love and acceptance, personal relationships and mindset related to overall well being. I am a coach/mentor, but not a therapist or counselor. Should we find that you need clinical help, I will be honest and help you find a professional in the appropriate scope of practice.

  • Where are you located?!

    I live in Northeast Ohio. The workshops are held via zoom. The group programs are held through facebook, messenger, phone call and/or zoom. My signature program is designed to meet you where you are. If you live within an hour, we can meet in person. Other options are via zoom, or over the phone with additional connection support made through text or messenger.

  • How often do you run your programs?!

    The workshops are held on the first Monday of each month at 9:00pm est. Though, you are welcome to order the recording if that time does not work for you. All workshops are archived, and can be ordered at a later time as well.

    My signature one on one program has a rolling open enrollment. This means I will accept new clients to fill up to 5 spots and add names to the waiting list. As program members graduate, I will pull from the wait list to fill open spots. Setting the limit to 5 ensures that I can give my best to each client as they work their program while keeping my family my top priority.   • Is this a weight loss program?!

    It is more of a “lose weight from the eyebrows up” type program as we are focusing on mindset, and allowing facts to fuel our truths rather than limiting beliefs. That being said, I have had clients lose weight on my program simply from being mindful and honoring their body, but we do not focus on it, I do not give food plans and we do not do weigh ins or body checking.

  • What motivated you to do this?!

    My whole story is here, but while working through my own healing, I found that not much of this content was taught main stream, and we spend way too much time focusing on the wrong things. My personal journey to confidence and self love took 2 years before I launched my program, and I would have LOVED to have help. The creation of the system I teach was put together to streamline the process and principles into 12 sessions to lead you to what you want from the journey. It comes down to the fact that the diet and beauty industries are multi-billion dollar industries designed to keep you hooked by making you hate your body and feel like you have to change so you will keep spending your money looking for the next best solution out of desperation. My program is designed to get you to a place of confidence so you don’t feel like you need something else, or more. My goal is to get you using your tools and working independently by the completion of the 12 sessions, and celebrate your growth and achievements with a bonus graduation session. Food was my exit point from the cycle, but it doesn’t have to be yours. If you want to feel better, build confidence, and change the way you see yourself and life, I can still help you even if your story is different than mine.
